1. Parties
This User Agreement is drawn up between ukarz.com.tr ( UKARZ ) on the one hand and the User who is a member of the Site on the other hand, for the User to become a member of the Site, and upon the approval of the agreement by the User in the electronic environment where the relevant Site is located. . By becoming a member of the Site, the User accepts, declares and undertakes that he has read the entire User Agreement, fully understands its content and approves all its provisions.
2. Definitions
User: Refers to the natural or legal person who is a member of the website www.ukarz.com.tr and buys the product(s) offered for sale by the Site.
Product: Refers to the products put up for sale on the website www.ukarz.com.tr under the umbrella of UKARZ and the brands within the body of UKARZ.
Site: Refers to the website consisting of the domain name www.ukarz.com.tr.
3. Subject and Scope of the Agreement
The subject of the User Agreement is the determination of the Products offered on the Site, the terms of benefiting from these Products and the rights and obligations of the parties.
The scope of the User Agreement is the declarations, such as warnings, texts and explanations, made by the Site regarding usage, membership, products and services included in this agreement and the Site. By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, the user also accepts all kinds of statements made by ukarz.com.tr regarding usage, membership, products and services in the Site.
The user accepts, declares and undertakes to act in accordance with all matters specified in the aforementioned statements.
